Turning Stage – Tier 6

Tier 6 or (Tier 5) x 2

Assume that the right half of the pizza pie is equally divided into 8 pieces. And each piece of it is located as a Station of the Turning Stage. So, there are 8 stations.

For each step, we will double the performances.

First Station:

Say “Trigger” to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “right right right …” to the right sole while slowly and slightly raising the upper part of the right sole up for the first time. Then pause for a while.

Say “Trigger” to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “right right right …” to the right sole while slowly raising the upper part of the right sole up for proper height one more time. Then pause for a while.

Say “Trigger” to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “Turn turn turn …” to the right sole while slowly and slightly pivoting clockwise with the heel till completing the half of the first piece of a pie or about 22 degrees from the starting point. Then pause for a while.

Say “Trigger” to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “Turn turn turn …” to the right sole while slowly and slightly pivoting clockwise with the heel till completing the whole piece of the first pie. Then pause for a while.

Say “Trigger” to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “Now now now…” to the right sole while slowly and slightly dropping it for the first time. Then pause for a while.

Say “Trigger” to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “Now now now …” to the right sole while slowly and completely placing it on the floor. Then pause for a while.

Say “ Trigger” to the left sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “ left left left …” to the left sole while slowly and slightly raising the left heel up for the first time. Then pause for a while.

Say “ Trigger” to the left sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “left left left…” to the left sole while slowly raising the left heel up for proper height one more time. Then pause for a while.

Say “ Trigger” to the left sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “ Turn turn turn …” to the left sole while slowly and slightly moving it to get close to the right foot for about a half of the whole gap between left and right foot. Then pause for a while.

Say “ Trigger” to the left sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “ Turn turn turn …” to the left sole while slowly and slightly moving it to get close to the right foot once more time. Then pause for a while.

Say “ Trigger” to the left sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “ Now now now…” to the left sole while slowly and slightly dropping it for the first time. Then pause for a while

Say “ Trigger” to the left sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.

Say “ Now now now …” to the left sole while slowly and completely placing it on the floor. Then pause for a while.

Say “ One ” into the heart. (Now the first station is already completed.)

Second Station:

Do the same paces as the First station does. And Say “Two” into the heart after finishing to place the left foot on the floor. Now the body is at 45 degrees from the starting point.

Third Station:

Do the same paces as the second station does. And Say “three” into the heart after finishing to place the left foot on the floor. Now the body is at about 67 (45+22) degrees from the starting point.

Fourth Station:

Do the same paces as the third station does. And Say “Four” into the heart after finishing to place the left foot on the floor. Now the body is at about 90 degrees from the starting point.

Fifth Station:

Do the same paces as the fourth station does. And Say “Five” into the heart after finishing to place the left foot on the floor. Now the body is at about 112(90+22) degrees from the starting point.

Sixth Station:

Do the same paces as the fifth station does. And Say “Six” into the heart after finishing to place the left foot on the floor. Now the body is at about 134(112+22) degrees from the starting point.

Seventh Station:

Do the same paces as the sixth station does. And Say “Seven” into the heart after finishing to place the left foot on the floor. Now the body is at about 156 (134+22) degrees from the starting point.

Eighth Station:

Do the same paces as the seventh station does. And Say “eight ” into the heart after finishing to place the left foot on the floor. Now the body is at about 180 degrees from the starting point or at the full turning back on position.   we are now completing Tier 6 of the Turning Stage.
