Say “Trigger “ to the sole of the right foot. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.
Say “ Right right right …(with the long voice) ” while slowly raise the right heel up to the proper height. Then pause for a while.
Say “ Trigger “ to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.
Say “ Walk walk walk …” while slowly pace the right foot forward. Then pause for a while.
Say “ Trigger “ to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.
Say “ Now now now …” while slowly place the right foot on the floor. Then pause for a while.
Say “ Trigger “ to the sole of the left foot. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.
Do the same practice as the right foot has done. And walk alternately right and left for about 12 feet of the pathway. Then take the Stopping step.
For the final pace before the Stopping step, (Supposed the right foot is the final step) just Say “Stop stop stop …” instead of Saying “ “ Walk walk walk …” while slowly paces the right foot forward. Then pause for a while. (Just change the said word from “Walk walk walk… “ to “Stop stop stop …” )
Say “ Trigger “ to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.
Say “ Now now now …” while slowly place the right foot at the side of the left one. Then pause for a while.
(Notice: Do the Standing Stage, then the Turning Stage, Standing stage again, and Walking Stage respectively.)
Turning – Stage
There are 6 Tiers of the Turning stage. They are designed with regarding the present emotion, quality of the mind, and body’s balance.
Always turn back on or turn to 180 degrees by pivoting clockwise on the right heel.

Standing – Stage
Say “Standing now” 3 times, Then
Scan the Body once more time before doing the Walking Stage.
Walking – Stage
Take Level 1 of the Walking Stage and walk until the starting point. Next, do the Standing stage, then The Turning stage and The Walking stage respectively.
Walking back and forth for 3 rounds and up or about an hour.
Standing – Stage
Say “Standing now” 3 times, Then
Scan the Body once more time before doing the Walking Stage.
Exit Stage
Take the Exit stage before we do the sitting meditation.
The Exit’s steps are the reversion steps of the Entry stage. A slightly change on the Saying word of “ Up Up Up …” to be “Down Down Down …”
Then it is time for Sitting Meditation.
