Assume that the right half of the pizza pie is equally divided into 4 pieces. And each piece of it is located as a Station of the Turning Stage. So, there are 4 stations.
First Station:
Say “ Trigger” to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.
Say “ right right right …” to the right sole while slowly raising the upper part of the right sole up for proper height. Then pause for a while.
Say “ Trigger” to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.
Say “ Turn turn turn …” to the right sole while slowly pivoting clockwise with the heel till completing the first piece of a pie. Then pause for a while.
Say “ Trigger” to the right sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.
Say “ Now now now…” to the right sole while slowly placing it on the floor. Then pause for a while.
Say “ Trigger” to the left sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.
Say “left left left …” to the left sole while slowly raising the left heel up for proper height. Then pause for a while.
Say “ Trigger” to the left sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.
Say “ Turn turn turn …” to the left sole while slowly raising and moving it to get close to the right foot.
Say “ Trigger” to the left sole. Then move the mind back and forth from the toe to the heel and from the heel to the toe.
Say “ Now now now …” to the left sole while slowly and completely placing it on the floor. Then pause for a while.
Say “One” into the heart. (Now the first station is already completed.)
Second Station:
Do the same paces as the First station does. And Say “Two” into the heart after completing the second piece of a pie. Now the body is at 90 degrees from the starting point.
Third Station:
Do the same paces as the Second Station does. And Say “three” into the heart after completing the third piece of a pie. Now the body is at 135 degrees from the starting point.
Fourth Station:
Do the same paces as the Third Station does. And Say “Four” into the heart after completing the fourth piece of a pie. Now the body is at about 180 degrees from the starting point or at the full turning back on position.
We are now completing Tier 2 of the Turning Stage.
